Default cr-vtec computer

Would it be safe to use a p28 and a apex vafc the guy thats working on my car is trying to screw me over and tell me i have to run a certain program because i have jap spec injectors in my 95 gsr head i was pretty sure there not really different than usdm gsr injectors

You can run the P28, but you'll lose the IAB.

And JDM injectors...LOL! They would say anything to make a quick buck.

Using the P28 will be fine, but I would get it chipped.

And do me a favor and tell them I said they are ******* morons with the "jap spec injectors"

He must be because that is complete BS about the injectors. I would not run a chipped P28 ECU unless you are using a Skunk 2 single runner intake manifold with the GSR head. If you have the stock GSR intake manifold, get an OBDI P72 ECU.

yeah i have a skunk 2 manifold but what about a vafc should i invest in one or jsut run a p28

I am runnin a chipped p28 w/o an afc. I do have a stock injectors, Walbro 255ho pump and my fuel pressure is turned up a bit. It seems to be fine for me.

just get a proper chip for your P28 then you be more then fine.

aem ems is what we are running....... best thing ever bought for the car. tps based vtec, mph based 2step, a cel check engine light and 30mpg
