Default coolant hoses off thermostat h22???

what should I do about all the coolant hoses that were routed from my thermo to my throttle body bc I have an aftermarket throttle body and deleted the tb cooler?
and the one from my iacv to my tb?
should I just plug all the ports?

its the stock manifold.
should I just cap them all off if my new tb doesn't have a cooler system?
