Default consequences for shift cable placement

h22a in a EG, what are, if there are any consequences to running the cables below the subframe? thanks

not really any problems as long as you get the cables good and tight. Dont let them hand down near the exhaust and such. If I were you I would run them over the crossmember. Just keep in mind once you cut the holes in the floor there is not much room for changing your mind.

i've had cables break on me since they were stretched too tight.
