Default Connector Plug Q?

I'm in the middle of swapping a JDM B18C GSR into my 00 CX. I'm re-using my stock engine harness. Me and my dad are in the middle of plugging everything in while the engine is out of the car. There's a plug out of place? On the stock engine it plugs into a connector on the left side of the engine ( looking from the rear of the engine outta the car) and then the wires from that connector run all the way down and into the housing around the block?.......what is this wire/plug....and do I use it somewhere on the JDM B18C......
This isn't as easy as expected tryin to wire and get this to all plug in........any other useful info would help too......
TIA

Tape the plug up and out of the way...it is not used on a jdm engine, they do not have CKF.
