They ship, but if you live near Burbank, CA you can pick up. They're about 15 minutes from me. That's where I'm going when I'm ready for a swap.

If you pick up, or have it shipped within CA, you have to pay CA sales tax.

They have good motors though. I've done one B16A and one B18C Type R swap from them. One of the B16's axles were no good. It caused lots of vibration under power. Swapped it out at Autozone (for $70).

 

They have a few B16 options. Click the link and check it out. They're a little more expensive than what you'd get from buying from a private seller, but like I said you get paperwork and a 100% legit swap.
