i forgot but aem does make a hybrid intake that fits this exact swap. the only problem is that it isn't smog legal in california, where im from. Maybe you can find one for your swap.

AN Si intake doesnt fit in there? You could prob just use a ITR short ram cause I think it just bolts to the engine. Also I was thinking maybe you could get a injen short ram for a itr and then get a extension for a civic Si maybe...
I dunno I will be keeping an eye on this thread cause I am in the same boat with my B18c swap in my 96 civic. I am just using a modified stock arm with the stock airbox which is very restrictive.

Re: cold air intake question (JeffBro)
One other concern i have is that i hear if you go to a BAR referee that they won't pass your car unless the intake matches the motor. For some reason they take the time to look up the carb code and check if it goes with the motor. I think if i can't get my car to pass regular smog checks then i will take it to the referee with the stock intake (which i still don't have) and afterwards maybe put the hybrid model on and run that. the hybrid model is a long ram and should give the best performance. i can't believe it has been so hard to find the right intake. I already tried the gsr intake (long ram) and that doesn't fit.

Thats what I was thinking myself but it wont pass Bar. at least if you have a gsr swap w/ skunk2. I am thinking the best route for passing Bar is to get a stock Si arm and use the stock air box.
