Default Coil On Plug?

I've done some searching and have not turned up too much yet so I figure a post is in order.
I want to convert my B16 to coil on plug, so far the only company that I have found with all the parts is AEM. I would have to use there pencil coils, EPM (replaces the distributor) and ignition box. However, I've not read much about this set up, searching the forums on AEM's site right now.

Opinions on this set up?
Can I run a different EMS with it or am I limited to the AEM EMS?

Also if this is the wrong forum can a mod please move the thread.

Pencil coils FTL. Go to www.T1racedevelopment.com and check out his options with the CBR coils. Or talk to Jeff at boosted-hybrid.com and he will steer you in the right direction. CBR coils with the M&W Pro-14 is good to go. You can run it with the AEM too.

I don't want to run AEM.

Thanks for the info though.

You don't have to. MoTeC, AEM, FAST, .....pretty much every EMS that will allow you to run COP, you can use the CBRs and M&W.

You can't run COP with a Honda ECU.
