Default problems!!!!

just installed the GE cam gears everything is at TDC but now i am getting code 23I know 23 is knock sensor how can i get the code off the ecu plus my rev is peeking at 7800 and not 8200 like it should.

quike run down on the car 91 ncrx si with b16a with the y1 tran header fuel pressure reg high flow cat back system cam gears and intake. have degreed the cams but for some reason the car just doesnt peek at 8200 any info would be great. thanks in advance Carlos

Oh I am also running the pr3 ecu forgot to mention that.
any i deas at all. just need some help guys
