what is code 23 need to fix. b16a pr3 ecu

Code 23 = knock sensor. Check your sensor and the connection. Might need to re-run a shielded wire from the knock sensor to the ECU (into pin B19 on the PR3 ECU)

Just to add a bit more... If you need to add this KS line or for some reason it got disconnected Newman is right... the nonOBD pinout is B19, but the OBD1 PR3 pinout is D3... Just incase you weren't talkin about the nonOBD PR3 to begin with... Good Luck!!

Of course. But I saw his sig and it said "91 sleeper" so I figured he's got an EF, thus non-OBD PR3... heh
