I have a code 16 after a h22 went into a 96 civic. It coded up right when the key is switched on. I have checked the injectors. I have checked the wiring from the injector to the ecu and the injector wirings. Everything checks out. Theres power to the injectors. I guess the ecu is not sending a signal to pulse the injectors. What is the injector circut conneted to? What else should I check? Ecu is good I was also checked on another car.
