Default civic h22a powered

I just finished my swap today--well actually i tried to finish up by putting my drive shaft from 93 integ so i could fill up my tranny with some oil. Well the driver side did not want to go in all the way on accord 92 intermediate shaft side.

AM i using the wrong combo? I'm suspecting O'reilly gave me the wrong shaft.

I have 92 accord intermediate shaft
93 acura integra axles
HCP motor mounts

please help--

so your having a hard time getting the passenger side axle in? that side was a bitch for me too. had to pretty much beat it to get it in. make sure you have the right axle before you beat on it though.

putting it in was kinda of a pain in the ***, you just have to match the teeth and make them snap in.

takes a little manouvering (sp?) to get it in...

-- btw, mike I will send you the pictures of the swap when I get home tonight

I took the intermediate shaft off and tried to stick the driver side into it.
It seems like its stopping where the grooves end on the axle. My axle has the grooves on about 1 1/2 inches from the tip then just a smooth shaft--this is where i suspect it stops---theres no more beating I could do---does your axles grooves go all the way to the end just like the ones for wheel hub--?

Any other options I could do---like my prelude intermediate shaft and some other axle---what else could i use.

try taking out your mid shaft and the driver side axle and putting them together outside of the car.

I use the prelude midshaft with custom DSS axles.

you could also your 93 integra axle on the passenger side, and get a custom driver side axle from Raxles using the Prelude Mid Shaft.

no problem mike

make sure your fuel line connections are very tight and secure, your spark wires in the right order, as well as what Tim said, your fluids filled up.

then start her up. If you had any wiring problems your ECU will tell you that.

good luck bro
