h22a swap axle help
Been seeing a lot of different things about axles for my h swap. I was piecing them together but I was hoping to use something a little more reliable.
1. Using the front wheel base from a prelude and using stock prelude axles.
2. Using ab accord halfshaft and using 90-91 integra axles.
Anyone know if either of these will work? Thanks for any info

Re: h22a swap axle help
the accord half shaft with both 90 or 91 axles will work. however all cars are different. they may be tweaked a little one way or the other. i just completed the swap in my 95 hatch w/o lsd and i went through every single axle combo people said to use. everything i tryed bound up and my entire car would shake and vibrate. i ended up with some hasport swap axles i bought off of a buddy and a hasport driverside mount. the best route to go is a off brand called yonaka on egay and they have a kit that comes with a driverside, passengerside axles and a half shaft and it comes with all three motor mounts. the key to stop the binding is the way the motor sits in the bay. no more vibrations and there actuall swap axles so no worry about slapping parts from two different axles together.

Re: h22a swap axle help
Yeah I have dealt with yonaka before. I got a set of their axles and one was bad so I called them about it and basically they told me I was sol and it was my fault. But I may have just got a bad one. I just bought their mount kit. So I guess I'll be getting their axles too. Thank.
