I just did a SOHC non vtec MPFI swap into a 90 DxHatchback. Car Runs fine, But starts a little hard. After the car reaches like 3500rpms, or 3/4 throttle Its throws a code. It is throwing a code 4, the crank angle sensor . How do i fix this? Any Ideas maybe some one has had the same problem

 

check your distributor wiring along with the ECU.

all the wiring is correct,i went over it like 3 times. im not sure about the ecu. I droped the wire to b12 and it hit the power side of the batt would that cause the coumputer to throw that code sayin the sensor is bad?

 

Did you use shielded wire?
