Default Cat-Back after swap

I have a 98 civic h/b. With a b16, that has a Type-r head on it with a R 4-1 header, i never have had an exhaust on the car so i dont know what will work for an exhaust, i am runing no cats on it . So i am not sure if a regular aftermarket exhaust will work on it, without it having to be modified, any input would be great, thanks

no cats? you only have one. sounds like you have a moded exhaust allready. what do you have in place of the cat? a test pipe? if you got a cat back exhaust, the only modifying you would do is takin off the stock piping and muff and replacing it. hope that answers your question.

EDIT: well after reding your post again i guess your asking if a aftermarket exhaust would bolt right in. i believe it should. but not 100% sure. anybody?
