Default Canister under GSR mani

whats the purpose of that canister under the GSR manifold?? is it necessary or can i eliminate it completely while keeping the plumbing for the vaccume hoses running to it..??

Off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure it's a vacuum resevoir used in the actuation of the shorter intake runners, and it may also be connected to the fuel pressure regulator... I wouldn't remove it...

Nitro junky is correct, from what I know. That canister is for the secondaries inthe Mani. Dont remove it unless you are swappikn to an R- "type" mani
