Can my B18c1 Make LS/Vtec Power?
I’m looking for LS/Vtec power out of my B18c1(4dr.GSR) without boring the block or forced induction. I’m planning to raise my compression up to around 11.5 – 12.0 and add a type-r head w/ Skunk2 stage 2 cams. What more will I need to do to get my 4dr. to run with LS/Vtec coupes? I feel I need to be around the 200hp w/130 - 140ft lbs of torque to the ground to compensate for my extra weight. PLEASE HELP.

Why u think LSVTEC is more powerful than a B18C1?
The LS less than 40cc advantage over the B18C block... assuming everything being equal @ 100hp/liter, that only translates to 4hp advantage.
This has been discussed many times.... the B18C block is superior to the LS block in many ways.
LS/Vtec was created so you can have a b18c performance cheaply. But doing it cheap sacrifices durability. Do it the right way and buy very good parts and proper machining and overall price of the engine goes up. Up to the point that an ITR engine sounds really reasonable from a cost point of view.

11.5 - 12.0 on street??
you better be putting at least half race gas in there everytime then. filling up your gas tank will be expensive with all the octane boosters you will be putting in there.

There's Static CR and Dynamic CR.
It all depends on your cam setup, etc...
SgT is running ~14:1 on 93-94 Octane, with Toda Cs and Hondata.
That same Static CR with ITR Cams, would most definately need 108+ Octane.
Alot of it has to do with timing control and delivering an adaquate amount of fuel.
