Default camshafts(need help)

i searched but nothing so i'm gonna brave a post, j/k. anyway i am looking for the advertised duration of these cams;

-itr/ctr cams
-skunk2 stage 2
-jun 3

i am thinking of selling my zex kit and buying some cams instead, i am really interested in the comp cams(i get a good deal) the adv duration of the cam i am looking at is; intake 292/exhaust 296, the cams are gonna be going in a ls/vtec with pr3 pistons(11.2:1) will i also need adj. cam gears and dyno time right away?

how come on that site it says the jun 2s are better than the jun 3s on the intake cam?
