Default which cams to run?

i have a b20b with b16 head and have gsr cams. i have super low end torque and car pulls very nice. but i want more mid range power, and vtec pull could always be more powerfull. i was told itr cams would be the best choise. what do you guys think?

itr and ctr cams are both nice. either set will give you more top end power than your
gsr cams but keep in mind that when you use a cam made for more high end power
you might lose some of that bottom end torque you like so much. ive heard that some
people will mix and match a ctr and itr cam together but im not sure which ones exactly you need to match. if you really want to help your top end some i would suggest a
moderate shot of nitrous.
