cable or hydro tranny
i have a 94 hatch which is hydro. Im putting in a b20vtec in my hatch, but i have a cable tranny. what will ihave to do to make it work?

it all depends on which mount kit you have. if u have the cable mount kit then you would only need to swap in a cable pedal assembly.
i know that folks with a car that is cable have to swap in the hydro pedal assembly and use a different tranny mount.

Hasport actually makes a kit that allows cable transmissions to be mounted in this car. The kit itself actually converts the transmission for hydraulic operation, which greatly simplifies the swap. But be forewarned. The kit is expensive. I would check beforehand to make sure that using your cable transmission is actually cost-effective.
