Default Breaking in a used engine...?

Well i just got my GSR swap finished in the Del Sol and was just curious as to how long i need to take it easy on the engine. It is a used B18C...new clutch, front and rear main seals, cam seals, valve cover gasket, water pump, and timing belt.

Ive been to 6k...just barely into VTEC but i dont want to open it up till i know for sure everything has been broken in properly

Give me your imput...thanks.

Its a used engine, its already broken in. Change the oil and filter, warm it up and beat the hell out of it

Just go easy on the clutch for a few hundred miles. The engine is used so it is already broken in.
