Default breaking in an engine in loop mode good or bad?

Allright, if your breaking in a freshly built engine is it a bad idea to break it in with a cel light on or does it not matter?

I would not take any chances. Half assing your work is a good way to throw away all your time and money. Fix the problems, THEN break the engine in.
