Default Boosted b18b1

Hey there HT I have a 93 civic I bought about 3 weeks ago from a guy in Auburn. It came with a lot done to it but most of the parts weren't name brand and has a cheap eBay turbo. I just wanted your opinions on what to get to make it a reliable daily driver. I recently lost my license but my buddy's been driving it cause he recently lost his jeep. The list below is stuff done to the car from the previous owner, he claims it has 1300 on the build.

B18b1 from a 94 integra
Nippon crank
Nippon racing Pistons 81.5mm
Acl race bearings
Arp head bolts and rod bolts
70mm eBay ball bearing turbo
Cheap spectre intake cause my driveway is dirty and didn't want to ruin the turbine.
Tial waste gate
Front mount inter cooler
750cc injectors
340lph fuel pump
Bosch wide and 02 with gauge
No boost control, max boost right now is 6
Gates timing belt
Tein coil overs
2.5in turbo back to a dual flowmaster muffler
2300lb pressure plate
Stage 4 six puck clutch
Rich tuned ecu with launch control at 4500rpm
Stock ls rods
And new thermostat
Always used 91 octane

Car runs awesome, pulls really hard. Just want opinions on the build. Basically want to know what you'd do if you were in my shoes I guess. There have been a few problems lately. First it smokes when you really get after it, and when your going up hills at low rpms, it's white smoke. I use Mobil 1 10w-30 synthetic with a fram synthetic oil filter. Just replaced headgasket, valve cover gasket. Then last night when it over heated I was looking over the valve cover just checking the engine over and noticed the pcv valve on the valve cover was really just a elbow and not a valve. From my understanding that's where the pcv valve is right?
