bogging and clicking issue???
So just in the last week my car has developed a very slight bog/hesitation while cruising in low rpms - not all the time and usually in 4th gear between 2000-3500k. If I get in the throttle a little bit it goes away. Also when it's running like this if I press in the clutch and let the rpms fall to idle you can here a weird clicking sound.l that I've never heard before....
Car: 00 civic ex
Engine: B18c r spec w/ matching p73 ecu.
I've cleaned and checked connections to all sensors. New cap, rotor, plugs, wires. No CEL's.
I know it could be a thousand things but any help pointing me in the right direction to diagnose this problem would be great.

It only happens after going wide open throttle high enough for vtec, and just for a minute or two then it goes away...

I dont know if this is related, but the last weird issue I just had with my B18C was because of a loose ground, specifically my thermostat ground.
I cleaned/checked all three last night because all my lights are dimming too. No change. Not sure if it's related...
Thanks
Bump for a weird clicking sound.... The only thing I can compare the sound to is a hot wire sparking on some metal.... I've checked the harness, alt and grounds. It only hesitates and makes the clicking sound after reving high enough for vtec. If I stay under 5.5k it'll drive fine all day
