Default Which block will have MORE POWER: High Compression B18c (ctr pistons) or STOCK B20z??

Assuming that I will have the same EXACT head (Type R ported head, skunk stg 2 cams, etc..) for both engines- Which will produce more power:

B18c with CTR pistons or

B20z using STOCK pistons?????

Will high compression in a smaller engine make more hp or will displacement with lower compression produce more power?

Obviously, I know torque will be higher with the B20z.....I also realize that hp will be at a higher rpm for the B18c...

Are there B20 JDM oem 84mm pistons that have higher compression than the us B20's?

((I race in the Honda Challenge series and rules state that ALL engine block parts MUST be oem Honda parts))

thx in adv
