Has the tps been messed with at all? Perhaps the tps thinks its being given more throttle than it is so when the car warms up it is getting enough gas to run but once its warm and it closes some of the air and it cant stay running because it thinks it has more air than it does. Maybe the map sensor? The tps and the map swap right from a d16. I hope you figure it out man

you checked for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner? Mine had the wrong throttle body gasket and caused a bad fluctuating idle

try adjusting the idle screw then? It should idle around 700 or so when fully warmed up. And you said theres no fluctuation huh?

Hondas do this thing where if it thinks its idleing too high it cuts fuel at the injectors then it thinks its going to die so it lets the injectors do their thing then cycles like that. This normally happens from a vacuum leak somewhere. If you take the intake piping off and start it and put your hand over the throttle body to smother it does it die? It should and if it doesnt then it has a leak somewhere. But usually a vacuum leak causes high idle followed by low but you have normal idle followed by really low

It must be some wiring issue or have you tried another ecu? Even the p2e?

I assume but can't confirm cause I have to order the fitting they make to attach a gauge to it I don't have fuel in oil so I know diaphram isn't leaking but I unhooked cacuum from regulator to Max out pressure and no change and I also shot a shot of carb cleaner in the throttle body when it was getting ready to stall and it instantly killed it so I'm not sure if that helps or not lol

Carb cleaner would kill the motor. Does it rev up good when you put your foot on the gas? Does it bog and die? Does it go up and redline at like 4k?
