Default B20b swap

Okay so ive been doing some reading and so many people do different things with the swap. Different transmission choices, ecu, mounts, etc. The problem im running into is which is right. hmotorsonline has 3 choices for the b20b they each have different compressions and hp. So that's another question. Would the parts required to do the swap, would they remain the same? I know about searching and googling, but like i said different people suggest different things. Any kind of help would be great!

So,

1.B Series Mounts - The 00-99 si mount does that have to be welded in?
2.B Series Shift linkage
3.B series Axels
4.B Series Hydro Trans - LS, SI, Type R
5.Harness - Which harness? The one that comes with the b20b or from my car?
6.Ecu - Same question as number 5

No.

Needs to come from a '94 - '01 Integra or '99 - '00 Civic Si (or JDM '92 - '00 Civic with B-series)

Either reuse the harness you have and modify it to fit (requires lengthening a few connectors), or you can use a '99 - '01 USDM 5 speed CR-V harness as it is a direct plug-in in a '99 - '00 Civic. Also a '99 - '01 USDM CR-V distributor will have the correct small plug for a '99 - '00 Civic eliminating the need for cutting and splicing/repining/adapter harnesses/hybrid distributor.

You can actually use a '98 - '01 USDM CR-V ECU, or you can use an '00 - '01 Integra LS ECU with the immobilizer removed (H-T user Katman used to, and as far as I know still does immobilizer removal) The CR-V ECU doesn't have an immobilizer.

if using an oem ls ecu, i recommend using and adjustable fpr and bumping the pressure up a bit. my b20b with ls ecu ran lean at cold start and wide open until i added the fpr and cranked up the pressure into the 50's psi range.

the o2 sensor does the job in the rest of the fuel map keeping it within spec

I am currently running a B20 swap in a 98 ex. In adding a fuel regulator would i have to change the rail or would the stock rail be ok?
