b20b - obdI??
i just put a b20b into my friend's 98 obdII integra and we ran into a couple unexpected things. the one i have a question about is the driver side mount bracket. the bracket on the b20b was not the same as the obdII b18b..it was slightly angled, whereas the b18b was straight. we had to put the newer b18b bracket on the b20 when we put it in the teg. i hope you can decipher what i mean..the 2 bolts where you attach the mount itself to are angled on the b20b mount bracket.
has anyone ever seen this before? also, the distributor on the b20b had obdI plugs, so we had to swap distribs. i thought honda only had 2 diff driv side mount bracket designs..so if this is true, would the b20b be the same as the 90-93 teg bracket?

Re: b20b - obdI?? (dlric)
the mount could have been damaged (disclaimer: i dont know anything about crv engine mounts but it shouldnt be bent.)
and the b20 dist shouldnt have obdI plugs.
thats just odd.

the mount on a b20 is indeed angled a little. when i dropped my b20 in the ef i had to change out this bracket for a b16/b18 bracket.
