Ok I have chosen the b20b engine block. What head should i go with the b16a or the b18c, or something else?

From what I have gathered over the past year, the b16 head flows better than the b18c1 gsr head, and the b18c5 type r head is a basiclly worked over b16 head so it flows better except they are harder to find and cost a bunch more money. I am personally have a 1st gen b16 head with portflow springs and retainers and type r cams.
