Default B20-VTEC in a 98 Civic 2DR

Oh wow, the big heavy and famous H22. Simple as heck to drop in and its all the rage. My Frankenstein will be that of a CRV non VTEC block meshed to a B18 VTEC head dropped into my 98 2DR DX CIVIC. I am boring the block out to that of the 2.2 L displacement H22. The whole grand niceness of it all is that i can still bolt up my DX Manual tranny to this fangled beast. Anybody with help or extra knowledge for turbo addition to this and other tweaks would be appreciated.
