Default Lowering Compression On B18c1

How would I lower the compression of the B81c1 engine in my 95 civic ex, to be able to add a turbo kit safely? Would I only have to install low compression pistons or is there something more I would have to do??

you can throw a B16A head on there. It has a bigger combustion chamber so less compression.
