Default b20 help

i have a 2000 EK civic with a jdm 2001 b20b. it has a 2001 ls intake manifold and a 99 ls throttle body. i have the 99 ls ecu that went to the throttle body. my problem is that when im going down the road at like 3,000 rpms and push the clutch in the motor will stall but if i gradually bring the rpms down around 1,500 or so it wont die the rpms fall low then pick right back up. does anyone have any ideals on what i should do to fix the problem? the iac valve and tps is good and no check engine light is on Thanks

Get the ECU for the head, not the throttlebody.
