okay, so all b20's are obd II right?
and EG's are obd I right?
so how difficult is it to hook everything up and make it work, in regards to wiring and vacuum routing?
would this be simpler than converting a pre-obd car (89 crx si) to obd I?
also, is there any difference in the wiring/vacuum setup of b20b and b20z?

i'm looking at putting a b20 straight in, no vtec head or anything.

Use an OBD-1 LS distributor, OBD-1 LS ECU, OBD-1 injectors, OBD-1 alternator, and throw it all in.

Yep, that'd be a real good idea. Or you could get the Skunk2 manifold.

cool. i remember reading on hybrid.honda-perf.org that some of the fuel maps were a little off or something using the LS ecu and manifold, but i thought that the b20 was just a bored and sleeved b18b?

Yea...bastically use the OBDI LS mnaifold and all the sensor on it...injectors, TB..and the distributor. There's not really many sensors tha tactually plug into the head/block themselves.

Any estimates or suggestions on where to get OBD-1 injectors or how much they would cost? I'd hate to see the pricetag on injectors from Honda. But I'm not sure if buying the injectors used is a good thing to do. Can you have a some sort of shop refurbish them or something?

Look online... people sell OBD-1 (92-95) SiR, GSR, or even LS injectors all the time. Or post up asking if anyone has any forsale. As long as they're OBD-1 and from a DOHC motor, that's all you need. Expect to pay anywhere from $40-$80 for a set of used injectors.
