You are better off changing the bracket for a GSR one.

if my b20 swap im getting is coming w/gsr mounts, do i still need that gsr bracket?? can i use my stock brackets all around except that one?

 

yes you need to get new brackets.. if you look at the stock b20 bracket on the driver side you will see 2 prongs things sticking up.. and a gsr has the 2 prongs and a third hole for a bolt...

 

so just that ONE bracket right(for the drivers side)? and all the rest the gsr mounts w/ my stock vx brackets?

 

yeah just one bracket on the driverside... although some people say you can use the dx one.. I couldnt.. Maybe cuase its a jdm engine.. who knows.. but all I did was switch brackets..

 

so the actual bracket that is on the motor right? i need the 2 pronged gsr w/hole thing right? how much do they go far at autozone or anywhere else?

 

Yeah the bracket itself with the 2 prongs and a third whole for a 17mm. bolt to thread through.. I found one from a previous swap so I got really luck.. I tried to buy one at first.. I was told about $90 i could be wrong..

some people are saying that the dx mount itself (not the bracket) works.. agian for me it didnt work...
