Default B20 block in Si(R) engine

A friend of a friend has a VTi Civic in Turkey and would like to do a B20 bottom end on his B16A2 (or maybe A3 ??) engine.

He'd like to know what parts he will need because the shops there don't know this kinda stuff.

Anyone?

It is B16A2, only difference is the car is a hatch, not a coupe (it wasn't swapped into a hatch, it came like that from factory...

Start here, then ask some questions.
Here's a thread on the PCV setup.
