sorry if this has been covered before. but im a ditz here when it comes to motors

how good of a deal is this? reliable? I want to put this into an EK wat do i need? I seriously have no clue. (besides mount, wiring?,trannY?)
More importantly, anybody in so cal who can do a really good job swapping?
