Default B18C5 head on a B16A2

I was just wondering if a Tegra type R head would fit on a b16a2 block, anyone know what this would do for performance? would displacement/comp ratio be the same?

thanks,
mike

It would stay the same. The ITR head is just a B16 head that flows better.

Thanks, J
