How about you check timing before you go replacing parts? When was the last ignition tune up? Is the Check Engine Light on?

please do not use ghetto slang such as dizzy...who the hell came up with that anyways?!

you need to do a full overall diagnosis of your ignition parts before you start wasting money and throwing parts at the car...

because "tranny" is so much better haha.

Seriously if you car is running on 2 cylinders you have some severe issues, so I doubt that's actually it.
You need to do the basics:
Spark
Fuel
Air

after you make sure it has those 3 (the triangle of fire) then get to troubleshooting other things.

I've seen quite a few cap/rotors that's been neglected enough to run on only 3 cylinders. A tune up will usually reveal a lot in the process of just pulling the parts, not necessarily replacing them(if not needed) could be quite a few things, you're right. First thing I check is cap/rotor, just sayin only takes a little carbon to be an issue
