b18b swap!!
If you get a full drop out OBDII setup it will all bolt up - axles, ecu, motor - all of it. It's just like replacing the stock engine. Wiring will be minimal if any - you'll just transfer your motor's harness onto the LS motor.
I have a 00' Ls swap waiting 2 be dropped in, i believe you need a 99'-00' Si power steering hose along with the 99'-00' rear mount and i dont know what year motor your dropping but mine i had 2 get a 99'-00' Ex harness 4 the Distrib plug cause mine is bigger then the 00' distrib....I would go with a p74,p75 obd1 w/ a jumper if your obd2 thats what im waiting on personally till i drop mine....
