Default B16A swap into 93 Integra using a P30 ECU throwing Code 13

As the topic says, I swapped a jdm b16a into my 93 Integra and using a jdm P30 ecu. Both are obd-1, but after the swap, the car is throwing a Code 13.

I checked helms and saw its a baro sensor issue, did a search on this site and others, but I'm pretty confused now.

Does the JDM ecu require an external baro sensor, and the 93 Integra's stock ecu have an internal ? Or is it reversed ?

Either way, any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Possibly bad ECU. Try another OBD-1 ECU.... any, just to see if you get the code 13 again. Had that happen to a few customers.

Only other ecu I have is from my b18a1, and given that its a USDM, and was in the car before, it should work fine. The main question is whether the Baro sensor is internal on OBD-1s, and if so, is it different for JDM.

I doubt that it will be different. I had problems with the P30 that I had for my teg and to make sure it was a problem with the ecu I installed my friends P61 and didn't have a code anymore.

Yes according to my helms the baro. sensor is internal to the ECU.
Don't know if that's the case on all OBD1 ECU's or even if it's true on JDM ECU's but it is true of least the P61, and whatever the non VTEC integra and civic OBD1 ECU's are.
And the helms also says the ECU bases it's settings on the baro sensor. ( I don't know what the ramifications are of that, though)
Did you try resetting it? Or opening it?

found out the P30 lacks an internal baro sensor because its JDM.

So not sure what to do now, my TCM requires the sensor

are you sure it doesn't have the baro sensor, did you open it and check yourself. I've got JDM P13 ecu and it does have it.
