B16A into 91 hatch.. got a few questions
I'm getting a 91 DX hatch and going to put a B16A swap into it. I want to know what mount kit to use (Hasport, HCP, Place Racing, etc.) and what bracket to use to be able to keep a/c functional. I want to be fast, but not at the expense of sweating all through the summer. Also any tips on this swap will be greatly appreciated.

Get rid of the A/C. I believe hasport makes a kit that allows you to keep the a/c, but really whats the point?
As for mounts....Id go with Totem Motorsports mounts, awsome mounts. Check out

Get rid of the A/C. I believe hasport makes a kit that allows you to keep the a/c, but really whats the point?

The point is... I don't want to take a shower, get dressed, go to the mall and be all sweaty and musty before I even get there.. all because I wanted to gain 2-5 hp. Fonk that!!! I'll make up for that lost hp somewhere else! I gotta have a/c.. it gets hot as hell down here in South Cackalack! Besides, I plan on making enough hp that a 2-5 hp loss due to a/c won't matter anyway. This car is gonna be my daily driver, and my only car for a while.
