Default b16 vtec head to b18 vtec block?

I was wondering if it is possible to fit a b16 vtec head on to a b18 block without modification

and reliable would a CRVtec be i have heard that they are prone to leaking oil and are not stable for all motor or boost.

stock crv bottom ends arent meant to handle high boost apps or high anything for that matter.
it would be reliable but only for a while.
do a search im sure you'd find much more info.

dont go lsvtec if ur a newbie on low budget..
