b16 swap problems, HELP!!
just dropped in a 1st gen b16 in to my 92 hb. i change the distributer and wired it all up. it starts up, but it doesn't idle. it just revs to 3-3.5 and keeps bouncing like it hitting rev limiter. check engine code is 1 blink o2 senser right? fixed that but still revs like crazy when i start it up. is it cuz i'm running an ls ecu? i was told that i could run an ls ecu and vafc controller for my b16 swap. my vafc isn't hooked up yet i just wanted to see if she'd fire up. it starts but have that idling/revving problem. any advice?? is it just the ecu?? should i hook up the vafc??
IAC valve in throttle body.
Not enough coolent - most likey since you just did the swap. I would recommend honda type 2 coolent.
Easy fix.
Let me know how it turns out

try adding engine coolant first..
i had a similar problem...
then look at the codes and see whats flashing
look in the service manual and check your sensors
might be a tps sensor also
