Default b16 related

Well. After many weeks of reading honda-tech I have decided to order a B16 from HMO.
However, I have a few questions related to what kind of suspension most of you B16 EG hatch's are using.

My plan was to call GC get the rates they recommend and order some coil overs from them. Then get some Koni yellows. Anyone got this setup? What do you think about it?

The mechanic who is doing the swap for me is charging me 400. This includes changing all belts, putting on new clutch, water pump.

All in all, im very excited about getting this swap done. The car I owned before I got this hatch was a 95 GST. That **** crank walked on me...... Now I decided to go honda. Starting out small with a B16 and slowly building up from here as I learn more.

Just looking for any advice from you experienced honda owners out there...

All advice welcome... Ive searched, but came up with these specific questions... Please dont flame too hard
