b16 question

Default b16 question

i plan on ordereing a 1st gen b16 complete swap from hmo to put in my 91 crx si, he told that the if i got a motor from a 90-93 teg xsi , that i could use those axles in my swap. is this true, or do i have to buy new usdm 90-93 teg axles. im plan on getting motor , tranny , ecu, ha sport shiftlinkage, and mounts, from him and getting water pump , radiator hoses, and timing belt, from auto zone is there any other little misc things i need , any info would be helpful,

Buy an OEM timing belt, not an autozone.

yes you can use those axles, but there is a little retaining ring in the hub that is easily seen and you need to remove it for them to fit.

Dont use Autozone not only for the timing belt, but for any belts, and espicially not for a water pump. Go to honda, buy your parts from there. Youll thank me later.
