water pump should fit. timing belt should fit as well. the deck height is different on a B16 to a B18 but i'm sure it's not enough to make honda manufacture 2 different belts for basically the same motors. maybe the belt tensioner comes into play.

B16A2 T-belt: 14400-P2T-004
B18C1 T-belt: 14400-P72-014
The part numbers are different, but that doesn't always mean the parts are different. The reason I say it won't work is because I got a B16 belt for my friends GS-R. He took it to the dealer for installation, and they said it was too tight. Ended up ordering a C1 belt and had a day of down time.
I wouldn't try to use a B16 belt on a B18A/B because the deck is even taller.
IMO there is no sense in screwing around with this. Get the correct belt for the engine you've got OP.
