Are there any difference between a B16 head from a 2000 civic vs the 1st gen PR3 heads?

there shouldn't be...the castings seem to be the same..that includes the ITR head as well...(of course minor differences between ctr/itr head and b16a heads)

 

1 the pr3 first gen has a fast idel valve on the side of the intake manifold. they have differnt fuel rail. they have a runner mounted ta sensor and a few more things pertaining to emmisions. But the heads are pretty much the same its more in the intake manifold. the cams are a litter more agresive in the 99-00 si head.
