so just pulled out my b20b with a b16a2 head off,can i just swap in my new b16a2 block with the b20 block im sure this has been done plenty of times need to get my 92 eg si back on the road soon.so do i need to get a different engine harness since the b16a2 is obd2. i will need a p30 ecu if im correct.first time ever doing a motor swap.

No you can run your same harness just make sure you have the knock sensor wired up and you can delete some sensors. The easiest way is to stay obd1. Get a chipped p28 With a b16 map and your good to go.

The b16 head you have now is obd1? What ecu were you running with that setup?

I had a b16 block laying around I was think of putting in my 92 eg si but found a b18c1 block to go on with my b16a2 head
