Any B Series will bolt up to the 99, but what year car do you have?

Ok. You need a B Series Cable transmission.

You can use a J1, S1, Y1 or A1. They have different gear ratios, so it depends on what you are looking for with the car of what might be best.
The YS1 is a cable trans, has a different spline count than the ones above, but can be used.

If you are looking to re-use the clutch that is is on the 99 engine all ready, that would only be the YS1 cable trans that will work that is cable.

If you get another clutch, you can use the J1, S1, Y1 or A1 tranny.
