lately i've been noticing that my DSS axles have started to click and squeak. For example, if i'm cruising on the streets..and let off the gas then get back on...it'll squeak a little...i've tried rocking my car while it was parked but no squeak...so it's only while driving...does this sound like an axle problem...i've raised my car pretty high already to avoid axle problems...as dumb as it sounds..do you guys think maybe DSS axles were made for a car that was lowered...i mean my car is lowered...but i have about a two finger wheel gap...any help is appreciated..thanks

Re: axle squeak/click (teameracer3)
if it starts to click on turns, then it's a bad axle. it will eventually leak as time progresses...if you're turning right, and it clicks..bad DS axle..clicks on a left turn, bad PS axle.

Straight ahead clicking is the inner CV joints going bad.

Clicking around corners, outer CV joints.
