Default ATTN:Swap Guru's.......Fuel Line question

I was wondering if the stock 93 dx fuel line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail would fit a b16 fuel rail? My friends cx fuel line didn't fit a b16 rail, and I was wondering if the dx fuel line was maybe a little bigger?

I would like to know so I am not having everything done and then waiting for a part to arrive. I figure I'll probably have to buy an SI fuel line, but if I don't have to, I'd like to use the existing line. Thanks guys.

edit:Second gen b16 into 93 civic dx

Your going to need the b16 fuel line. The Civic DX line will not work. I have check this out once before.

I'm pretty sure the problem is the banjo bolts are different. I had to use the b18 fuel line for that very same reason.

can you remove the honda filter altogether and use an inline filter? I have been looking into to this when i begin my "wrenching". I want to use a braided line from the hardline to filter to rail? I know its been done. Just wanted to double check before i cut fuel lines....ya know?

Honestly I don't know, I never even thought of it. But anything is possible with a little time and effort.
